من الوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الدولى بقيمة (500) ألف يورو
لتمويل مشروع «معالجة مياه الصرف الصناعى فى مصانع السكر
وإعادة استخدام مياه الصرف الصحى المعالجة»
لصالح جهاز شئون البيئة التابع لوزارة البيئة

بعد الاطلاع على نص المادة (151) من الدستور ؛
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء ؛
قرر :
(مادة وحيدة)
ووفق على الخطابات المتبادلة الخاصة بالمنحة المقدمة من الوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الدولى بقيمة (500) ألف يورو لتمويل مشروع «معالجة مياه الصرف الصناعى فى مصانع السكر وإعادة استخدام مياه الصرف الصحى المعالجة» لصالح جهاز شئون البيئة التابع لوزارة البيئة ، وذلك مع التحفظ
بشرط التصديق .
صدر برئاسة الجمهورية فى 15 رجب سنة 1446 هــ
( الموافق 15 ينايــــر سنة 2025 ) .

Dear Amb. Iranzo,
At the outset, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the ongoing collaboration and fruitful partnership between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Spain.
Reference to Y.E.,s letter dated 25th of November 2024 which reads as follow:

Excellency, Dear Minister,
I have the honor to refer to the resolution of the grant concession provided by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) with an amount of 500,000€ to finance the «Wastewater Treatment and Reuse in Egyptian Sugar Factorics» project for the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency of the Egyptian Ministry of Environment. The attached resolution is an integral part of this letter.
The period for the implementation of this project is 24 months starting from the following day on which the AECID receives notification from the beneficiary of having completed the procedures required by its legal system to be able to proceed with the execution of the funds. The period for implementation may be extended by common agreement through an exchange of letters between both parties.
The amount has been deposited in an account at the Central Bank of Egypt on behalf of the project «Wastewater treatment and reuse in Egyptian sugar factories». This account accepts only deposits from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
This letter shall enter into force on the date which the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt has informed the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) that the legal requirements for such entry into force have been fulfilled. The relevant date shall be the day on which the notification is received.»
